Fitness Progress Report

As of today, I am decently toned, not exactly where I want to be, but very happy with the results. I'm 5'8 and my current weight is at 138 lbs. I have definition on my arms, shoulders, legs, back and very comfortable with where I'm at. I'm still weight training 3 to 4 days a week, working all the muscle groups and incorporating cardio and full body exercises after my weight training. I'm eating 80% clean.
