This workout definitely got me out of breath, try some of these moves next time or incorporate some in your routine. I brought a kettle-bell, a set of dumbbells, ankle weights, (and if you're planning on working out on a hard wood floor or cement, bring a mat). This covers a lot of muscle groups while burning fat. It will help tone.
